Edwardian Floral Print Angel Sleeve Crop Shrug Capelet Swing CoatAmazing colors and print on this textured barkcloth crop cloak with angel sleeves. It has only two 'button' closures that push through leather loops. The capelet wraps at the neckline and will need a button or hook on the underneath wrap to keep it from slipping down. I'm calling this a capelet but please note it is not a cape, it has sleeves. The Jacket is a bit big for my mannequin so I padded the shoulders to lift it as her hands were covered.
